Carla McDougal is a Christian author, international speaker, and film producer. In 2008, she founded Reflective Life Ministries, a nonprofit dedicated to sharing the hope, healing, and the transformative power of Jesus Christ. She also serves as CEO of Reflective Media Productions, which produces Christ-centered films, documentaries, TV series, podcasts, and other media that inspire faith, emotional healing, and redemption. Carla is the author of the award-winning book My Prayer Chair and has led impactful projects, including the critically acclaimed film We Are Stronger and the inspiring streaming series Breaking Strongholds. She and her husband, Fred, have been married for 42 years and are blessed with four married children and fifteen grandchildren.
